Salmon Studios was contracted to fabricate the entire scope of Weathering Steel metalwork for this private Vermont residence. All window surrounds, large scale lattice weldments and a custom chimney cap were engineered and constructed in our western MA studio. Across the exterior of the house large and small weathering steel details serve to accent this unique home.
Large scale weldments fabricated and supplied by salmon studios. Made out of a combination of weathering steel square tube and plate.
The weathering steel chimney perched on top of handmade tiles. This chimney seamlessly integrated all of the functional requirements blending form and function.
Two sets of weathering steel lattice structures flanked both the main house and the guest house. Partially clad in handmade tiles the exposed tube structure below is visible.
